I combine tools like NeuroTapping, Soul Vomit, intuitive coaching, and ritual to help you regulate, reconnect, and remember who you are—beneath the patterns, pressure, and past.

That’s why I don’t offer quick fixes or surface-level solutions.
I offer a bridge – back to your body, your truth, your sense of self.

why i do this work

There was a time when I looked like I had it all together—on the outside.

But inside, I was burned out, untethered, and constantly trying to outrun something I couldn’t quite name.
Even with all my tools and training, my nervous system was stuck in survival mode.

I created Soulbridge Practice because I needed a softer way back to myself. And over time, I realized I wasn’t alone.

I’ve walked this path—both personally and professionally.
I’ve coached others through the chaos of trauma and the fog of burnout.
And I’ve lived it, too.

That’s why this work matters to me so deeply.
Not because I have all the answers, but because I know what it’s like to forget who you are—and how powerful it is to remember.

Hi, I’m Stacie—trauma-informed coach, writer, and creator of Soulbridge Practice.

I know what it’s like to look fine on the outside but feel burned out and disconnected on the inside. I’ve walked this path myself—and I’ve guided others through it, too.

Soulbridge was born from a need for softer ways back to self.

Here, we don’t bypass the hard stuff.
We meet the mess and the meaning—with nervous system tools, ritual writing, and soulful support that meets you exactly where you are.

I dreamed up my method in the middle of mothering and mending my own burnout—a blend of neuroscience, soul whispers, and lived experience.
