You Don’t Have to Be Sure to Be Ready : For the ones still deciding

Maybe you’ve been circling the page.
Reading the words. Closing the tab.
Coming back again later.
Maybe you’re feeling both drawn and unsure.
Maybe you keep thinking:
- -Is this really for me?
- -What if I don’t show up fully?
- -What if I start strong and then fizzle out?
- -What if it opens something I’m not ready for?
I want to start by saying:
That part of you is welcome here.
The curious part.
The hesitant part.
The part that isn’t sure if now is the time – or if you’re ready.
There’s wisdom in your ambivalence.
Indecision doesn’t always mean no.
Sometimes it just means you need a slower yes.
Or a different kind of invitation.
We’ve been taught to override our signals.
To make quick decisions.
To say yes only when we’re certain — and say no if we’re not.
But in trauma-informed work, we know:
Certainty is a nervous system privilege.
And many of us weren’t taught how to trust ourselves at all.
So let’s start there.
Soul Vomit School is not a course you have to conquer.
There are no grades.
No behind.
No pressure to be eloquent.
No pressure to “do it right.”
It’s a five-week experience that offers you space to write, tap, regulate, and reconnect — in your own way, at your own pace.
You can whisper or roar.
You can join every live session or just open the workbook on your own time.
You can pour out three pages or two words.
All of it counts.
All of you is welcome.
And if you want to feel it out first…
I’d love to invite you to a free live session on June 10.
We’ll gather together — not to decide anything, but to experience the rhythm of this work for ourselves.
You’ll get a taste of what Soul Vomit School feels like.
No pressure. No pitch. Just presence.

Whether or not you join the full experience, this gathering is a gift I’d love to share with you.
You don’t have to be sure.
You don’t have to be all-in.
You don’t have to wait until everything aligns perfectly.
You just have to be here.
Curious. Tender. Willing to listen to the part of you that wants something softer, steadier, more real.
Whatever you choose — I trust you.
And I’m so glad you’re in this orbit.
