Welcome to Soulbridge Practice: A Home for Your Voice, Your Nervous System, and Your Becoming

What if the problem was never you?

What if the spirals, the shutdowns, the days where you can’t seem to “show up” weren’t signs of failure — but signals from a nervous system that’s been trying to protect you all along?

What if your sensitivity isn’t something to fix, but something to honor?
What if your voice wasn’t lost, just waiting for safer conditions?

Welcome to Soulbridge Practice.
This is a space for those of us who have carried too much for too long.
Who have blamed ourselves for our burnout.

Who’ve outgrown the frameworks that once helped us survive — and are looking for something more honest, more holistic, more humane.

Why Soulbridge Exists

Soulbridge was born not just from my training, but from my breaking point.

There was a stretch of time where everything in my life shifted at once:
My daughter needed deep support and transitioned to homeschooling. My son left for college and we were both trying to navigate what it meant to stay connected in a new way. My work as a coach lost its usual rhythm. I felt like I was holding everything — and somehow failing at all of it.

I was exhausted.
I wasn’t sleeping. Or I was sleeping too much.
I couldn’t make decisions.
My house was chaos, and I felt like I was too.
I didn’t feel like a good mom. Or a good coach. Or a good anything.
And I blamed myself for all of it.

It wasn’t until I had space to breathe — and began using my own Soul Vomit writing practice — that I saw what was really happening.
I wasn’t broken. I was burned out.
My nervous system was more dysregulated than I had realized, and I’d been living in chronic stress for so long that I forgot there was another way to feel.

So I turned to the very tools I’d shared with clients for years — EFT, writing, ritual, nervous system awareness — and used them to build something that could hold me.

It wasn’t just one tool. It was the combination that made the difference.
And in that space of regulation, I didn’t just come back to myself — I began to rebuild the life I actually wanted.

The Thread That Runs Through It All

If you’ve worked with me before, you’ll recognize the thread.
This work is still grounded in:

  • Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) for calming, rewiring, and reconnecting
  • Trauma-informed coaching that honors complexity and agency
  • Writing and ritual as gateways to voice, clarity, and reclamation
  • Somatic and nervous system tools for sustainable healing

Soulbridge doesn’t replace these foundations — it integrates and deepens them.

What You’ll Find Here

We begin with Soul Vomit School — a live, summer experience centered on expressive writing, regulation, and ritual.
It’s not about writing something beautiful. It’s about letting go of what’s been held too tightly.
It’s about meeting your nervous system exactly where it is — and creating a rhythm that helps you come back into yourself.

You’ll also find growing resources: Field Guides, workshops, tools, and spaces designed for the emotional realities of being alive right now. Especially in a post-pandemic world, where so many of us are still trying to recover without having had a regulated environment to land in.

A New Way Forward

This work isn’t about performing healing or proving you’re okay.
It’s not about fixing. It’s about feeling — in safe, supported ways.
It’s about giving your body and soul a rhythm, a ritual, a release.

Because the longer our nervous systems stay dysregulated, the more we lose access to ourselves.
And burnout isn’t a sign of weakness — it’s the inevitable outcome of chronic stress in a world that rarely slows down.

You don’t need a massive trauma to justify the weight you’re carrying.
Sometimes life itself is enough.
Sometimes what you need most is space to not be fine.

You’re Not Alone Here

Whether you’ve known me through coaching, tapping, writing, or you’ve just landed here — I want you to know:

You don’t have to earn your softness.
You don’t have to be fixed to be worthy of care.
You don’t have to keep doing this alone.

Soulbridge is here to offer structure, support, and space — and to meet you where you are, not where you “should” be.

This is where it begins.
